Beer! Beer! Beer!

Looking forward to singing and sipping some drinks with you all! Please make sure you read this page so you know exactly what is happening on July 15.

Rehearsal

There will be a rehearsal with DaBu Monday, July 9th. Trinity St Paul’s at Bloor and Robert from 6:45-9:15 pm.

Schedule

12:30 pm: Arrival at meeting spot for the bus folks. UPDATE: 55 Bremner Blvd.
1:00 pm: Bus departure! Travel time will be roughly 60-75 minutes.
2:00 pm: Arrival at Because Beer Festival. There will be some time to explore!
4:00 pm: Meet at the Mainstage.
4:30 pm: Choir! Choir! Choir! set.
~ 6:30 pm: Head on home!

• * NOTE: We are using a different bus company, and they will be determining the meeting spot.

For those who are driving…

DIRECTIONS – If you’re coming in on the 403 westbound, take the York Boulevard exit and continue until you reach Bay Street, then turn left/head north. If you’re coming in on the 403 eastbound, take the Main Street exit and continue until you reach Bay, then turn left/head north. If you’re coming in on the QEW, take the Burlington Street exit and continue on Burlington until you reach James Street North, then turn right/head north. PARKING – There are roughly 40 parking spots beside Pier 4 Park but 400 parking spots beside its western neighbour, Bayfront Park (Bay St. N. & Harbour Front Dr., prominently marked by a large metal topsail) which is located a short walk away. Pedestrian access from Bayfront Park to Pier 4 Park is via the Waterfront Trail, a paved pedestrian walkway that will take you northeast past the Macassa Bay Yacht Club and MacDonald Marine to the gates of Pier 4 Park, a 5-minute walk.

Additional Information

The festival will be giving Choir! members mugs to use at the festival. You can buy tokens to try some samples, and they’ll be 3 for $5.

The bus will be parked for the duration of the festival, so you will be allowed to store things.
